They have used the same principles to expand into the retail market and established lt's country produce that now services the wyndham community and western suburbs. The business is now run by their sons and has established a reputation as a quality supplier of shell eggs (wholesale). A husband and wife team with 1, 500 birds and a vision for success. Ducks, quails & poussins lt's country produce also supplies a wide range of duck products, quails and poussins and is now a luv a duck stockist.

Both Turkish Cypriots and fluent in the Turkish, Greek and later the English language. After many years of difficult labor a dream was turned into reality. Weekends were for catching up with jobs around the farm and the whole family had a role to play (even visiting relatives). In 1990 the business began to grow because now, it had 5 fulltime employees (Including Brian’s wife huge) and much more could be achieved. For 10 years, with firm labor and commitment a solid bottom was built, hence giving Brian, huge and Hilmi the opportunity to take the following step. Behind many business meetings (the used fashioned way arguments), a business plan was developed for BLT’s and all the family knew where they were heading. Very conservatively be it may but focused on achieving the alike goal. The business has changed direction many times, over the final 10 years, but has successfully established. BLT’s Egg Farm into a nationally based wholesale egg business. Built a successful fresh food outlet on the farm. Diversified into a packaging company that supplies customers Australia wide. At all times during this period the business never lost focus on its major goal, to establish a retail outlet and Ca that they could be arrogant of, creating another attraction for the Wyndham residents and the many visitors to the area. BLT’s expanded its new poultry department, deli section and introduced many new products and a ca due to customer demand. The addition of the Ca will give people the opportunity to visit this unique area which includes farming, tourism and sports, (golf, polo and equestrian).
